Here is a brilliant and refreshing article on what makes an incredible team culture and how millennials are rocking it!

Kudos to all millennial managers, leaders, and enablers out there for redefining team culture, the way we work and for empowering and inspiring people around them!

What astounds me the most is the common old-age belief that team culture is defined by an organisation when it's not. It’s defined by you and me, people!

A team is more than just a group of people who work together. A team is a group of people who trust one another, collaborate towards a common goal, and share responsibility, purpose, and vision.

  • Recognise and provide intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to deserving individuals as often as you can. 
  • Never ever tolerate toxicity or poor work ethic because there will be no motivation when there are no consequences for poor work ethic and no reward for good work ethic.
I strongly believe that your greatness does not come from what you have, it’s all about what you give!

Always be the reason others feel welcomed, seen, heard, valued, and supported.

Trust, Enable, Allow.
