I'm staying at a co-living space in Blackpool for digital nomads, and cooked dinner for the house on Sunday! Set myself a challenge, where people each brought a few ingredients, and I cooked based on whatever ingredients were brought (adding a few of my own staples/spices/etc).

That got turned into the meal you see here, which I'm pretty proud of. Tomato soup, mushrooms sauteed in goose fat, broccoli 3 ways (broccoli puree with mustard and matcha, sauteed broccoli and pickled broccoli stems), coconut curry gnocchi with spinach, chickpea and lentil fritters, fried chicken with breaded with crushed egg noodles, and a braised lamb shoulder with a sauce that featured baked beans, cranberries, sriracha and soy sauce. Pretty proud of the result, if I do say so myself.
