Process is implemented! We are going with a "shape up" like process and working in 6 week cycles with a 2 week cool down. This process enables product to think through features, while still allowing us to shift priority. It also enables engineers time to address tech debt during cool down and prepare for the next 6 week push.

I'll write a blog post on this soon about how I proposed and implemented this new process.
