If you're a Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud dev, you know that platform's documentation can be a real source of agony. Lost a few hours today to trying to find/implement a feature because of two really big misses:

  • Inconsistent style ("cutoff" vs "cut-off") and poor fuzzy searching made it effectively impossible to find in the docs, and 

  • Once I did stumble across it, the feature was "documented" with effectively no instruction for practical use—certainly not a code sample.

Fortunately SF tends to be an understanding and productive partner, so as a constructive feedback provider, I patiently and optimistically presented a detailed record of my issue, with receipts, to one of our Commerce Cloud contacts. Fingers crossed!
