I’ve listened to Chris Voss on podcasts before and had my reservations about some of his concepts. None of the things you will read in this book are groundbreaking but they remain a useful reminder.
Here are my takeaways:
🦻🏻Don’t get wrapped up in their position. Why are they asking for it?
🚧 Beware of yes - master no.
🔎 The less important they make themselves the more important they probably are.
📚 Hope is not a strategy.
📝 Always remember yes is nothing without a how.
