In November, we entered the soft launch phase of the Lookbook in the UK. Even in the midst of a pandemic we were able to get a lot of enthusiastic user testers internally and agency sourced. We’ve already been able to action some of the feedback and will continue to iterate on Lookkook so it’s ready for the full launch in 2021.
