Hey all! Not sure if you've heard of Four Kitchens - we're a ~40 person, fully remote and distributed digital agency, and we work primarily with educational institutes, non-profits, and advocacy organizations. What's more, I strongly believe we have one of the best company cultures out there.

I joined in summer 2021, and I recently wrote an article about 4K's interview process (from the interviewee's perspective) to pull back the curtain and provide transparency and insight into their processes.
