Built a Zendesk App
Today I wrapped up the second iteration of an internal tool I built during my company's hack day last September. The tool is a private Zendesk app that I built to make our support staff more efficient by automatically hydrating support tickets with relevant user data.

The Zendesk app ecosystem had a lot of limitations that were tough to work around, but I enjoyed the challenge and hope I can continue to iterate on it and improve our support staff's workflow.
