Photographed wildlife
My parents have several young blackbirds in their garden this summer. At least 8 females and some males have been visiting for food and to bathe in the bird bath. This little one seems to be the runt of the litter. She’s much smaller & thinner and has a really long neck! But she definitely is a survivor and is the loudest and cheekiest of the lot. She hops around beside your feet and chirps away waiting to be fed. Making a regular appearance several times a day. Hopefully it will help her survive and thrive into an adult blackbird.
