Switches:
Akko CS Ocean Blues - alphanumerics
Feker Pandas - modifiers
Tecsee Blue Velvet - arrow keys
Gazzew U4 Silent - spacebar
Glorious Bobas - backspace, enter, LShift

All lubed with Krytox 205g0.

Keycaps:
KBDFans NP PBT blank keycaps (black)

Other materials:
foam (the one that came with the Keychron box)
clippers
Krytox 205g0 lube

Mods:
Pre-mod soundtest: https://youtu.be/LWiz54rAdVM

Mod #1: clipped and lubed the stock stabilizers to tune them. Removed the legs w/ fangs and applied some Krytox 205g0 on the friction points of the stabs. This should help with the rattle and provide a better feel when bottoming-out.

Mod #2: added some foam to the case to serve as sound dampener. I just used the foam that came with the K6. There are a lot of other better materials that you can use. This one was the easiest to get since it already came with the box.

Mod #3.1 + sound test update: https://youtu.be/GIAJuyBjKI0
Replaced the keycaps with some PBT keycaps from KBDfans. These are NP profile caps. This is how the keyboard sounds like with Mods 1 (stabs), 2 (foam), and 3.1 (keycaps).

I think this already sounds better than the stock version. It has less rattle and sounds fuller with some thocc. Next, we'll try it with more tactile switches and see if we can make it thocc-ier.

Mod #3.2: replaced the Gat Reds with some tactile switches.

The spacebar sounds like a palm-muted guitar string. Might not be for everyone but it's grown on me. 😂
