I knowingly exacerbated a global pandemic by refusing to allow the patent on a life-saving to be waived, all for the sake of profit. 

My "philanthropy" is a lie and just to launder my reputation. If I actually cared about improving the world it wouldn't be done through private foundations and corporations.
