Myself and a few colleagues at work have defined a Design Authority process that helps keep about 25 engineering teams inline and compatible with each other.
With that many number of teams, it's easy to drift in completely different directions. Our leadership team asked for some kind of process that aimed to have some form of alignment.

I personally helped:
- Define the standards within the Design Authority.
- Driving the implementation of the project of the Design Authority.
- Communicating with colleagues about what was required, and any releases we delivered.
I was also very keen to get teams sharing documentation and their solutions, so teams could look at existing examples within the business.
