Lead a remote team of developers to deliver the TR-069 solution, which allowed for zero touch configuration of routers, which was a major obstacle for growth within the business. The application was built using the in house MVC Framework and third party API’s which used SOAP for data communication. This contributed to the business winning the “Best Consumer Customer Service ISP” at the 2010 ISPA’s.
