I have worked in the media industry (animation, VFX, Post-production) for over 14 years, where I have gained extensive experience in many areas of media production. A fast-paced and ever-evolving environment; full of multidisciplinary challenges. I’ve been involved in the successful delivery of a broad number of projects. From advertising to episodic TV or feature work for global brands like BBC, Disney Television or Nickelodeon.

As a seasoned technologist, before moving to the media industry, I worked for several leading blue-chip companies, including IBM and Microsoft.

Over the years, I have demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills, and I have found creative ways to solve problems in multiple areas. I have always had a keen interest in automation and optimisation. I have  worked hard on ensuring talent efficiency by developing tools and processes that will allow them to
produce the highest quality work with minimum resources.

As a supervisor, I have years of project management experience. With strong attention to detail, I strive to get the best out of myself and my team. Having managed and developed multiple departments.

From managing company-wide IT systems for multiple simultaneous projects, I have learned to attend to project-directed and production-specific goals and demands; while ensuring company-wide consistency and long term growth. Meeting deadlines and surpassing goals while operating within or below budget and lowering overall operational costs.

Interdepartmental relations are a key area of a well-run company. Working closely with all department heads helps to achieve the best possible result. With experience in both creative and technical jobs, I can communicate and liaise with both technical and non-technical staff.
