I'm inspired by her ability to be vulnerable and be vocal about the issues that plague our domain: mental health and gender equality being two prominent examples.
I really like how she draws examples from her own experience to help me and hopefully others understand the nuances associated with our behaviour that causes women in general to me more conservative with their thoughts and opinions on the job. She helped me understand how these micro-aggressions can seem trivial while in reality they have a strong compounding effect on their receiver.
