It looks like recording and shipping a cloud certification course every week for the past 5 weeks has been a serious toll on my voice. I have the Google Cloud Digital Leader study course 95% recorded and I'm at a dead stop.

I don't know how long I need to rest my voice, but since I am not one to stop I've been investigating custom synthesize voices. 

There are multiple commercial providers but they are very expensive with upfront prices ranging from $1000 to 10,000 USD.

So I've decided to train my own model using Coqui TTS framework.
