In a workplace, the importance of a supportive social environment plays a huge role in a person’s decision to openly asset his/her identity.
Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace has always been the right thing to do.
I’m super proud to be part of a company like HubSpot where I am able to bring my best true self to work. And I’m thankful to be able to spread that positivity and learnings to my community at Kampung Collective.
There is a large untapped value that SEA companies are missing out on by failing to focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
