Put simply: the purpose of an ERG is to create a safe, supportive space for employees who share a common identity.
I'm excited to announce I have been accepted and am joining the 2022 HubSpot LGBTQ+ Alliance Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Council!
I'm beyond grateful to be part of a company that cares deeply about its employees. We do our best to build an inclusive workplace for everyone to be able to bring their best selves to work and feel belonged.
I'm looking forward to working more closely with our DI&B team, thanks to Benjamin Pereira (he/him) for leading the way here, and Justin Tit as we get on to build this community together here in JAPAC.
