A personal milestone on the "accuBook" project - we had a lovely user come to talk to us about how they, as a visually-impaired user, used our system to book in their vaccine, and how important it is to consider accessibility when building healthcare products
This was especially important to me, as I was the one who had built the initial patient-facing pages, and had spent some time working on and testing the accessibility features, but until this point (3 months in) we hadn't had any users give us feedback around whether the product worked for people using assistive technologies
